Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Gulposhi Return & Exchange Policy We want you to love your Gulposhi garments! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Return Window: You have 7  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Conditions for Return: * The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all Gulposhi tags still attached.

  • Note: For hygiene reasons, customized outfits and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Process: To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@gulposhi.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, depending on your preference). Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

• Return Shipping: A flat fee of ₹249 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs."
